Dear SiMotion Community,

Welcome to SiMotion, where movement meets conscious living. Our focus on spatial awareness training empowers therapists, artists, and holistic health enthusiasts to enhance creativity, well-being, and body awareness.

Through our Three-Step Plan—Recognize the Pattern, Train the Sequence, and Change the Behavior—we guide you in uncovering unhelpful habits, rewiring body and mind with purposeful exercises, and building sustainable, intentional movement practices.

At the heart of our approach is Spatial Motion Training (SMT), which integrates controlled physical activities with cognitive tasks to enhance coordination, spatial awareness, and body control. This method not only strengthens the brain-body connection but also promotes neuroplasticity, improving mental flexibility and memory retention. Research shows that combining cognitive and motor training mitigates dementia risks in older adults while preserving overall brain health. With SMT, movement becomes more than technique—it’s a transformative journey toward balance, clarity, and creativity.

Lessons I’ve Learned from

Dr. Mario Alonso Puig

Healing Comes from Within:

True healing requires looking inward. Sensitivity and empathy toward ourselves and others are essential for both emotional and physical well-being.

Conscious Health is Transformative:

When we align ourselves with a clear, meaningful objective that we deeply believe in, our health and vitality improve naturally. Purpose is a powerful driver for well-being.

The Power of a Smile: Relaxing our facial muscles and smiling is not just an outward gesture—it’s an inward shift. A smile helps us release tension, find clarity, and spread uplifting energy to those around us.

The Wisdom of the Gut: Dr. Puig teaches that our neural GI tract—the “second brain”—is a powerful regulator of our emotions and health. By nurturing it through relaxation, balanced nutrition, and mindfulness, we enhance our mental clarity and emotional resilience.

“Create Your Space” Exercise:

  1. Find a quiet place. Close your eyes and visualize the space around you.
  2. Slowly move your arms as if drawing spirals in the air.
  3. Feel the resistance, the air pushing back, and your body’s connection to its surroundings.
  4. Open your eyes and repeat the exercise while observing your environment.

Simple, right? This practice enhances spatial awareness and inspires creative flow.
